Rostam Shahrif Tami, 59, the Chief Operating Officer of ProLintas, pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court to receiving RM70,000 in bribes from a construction company related to the Sungai Besi–Ulu Kelang (SUKE) highway project two years ago. He is accused of accepting the bribe from Syarikat Satunas Technologies Sdn Bhd through Mohd Rosman Alias as payment for awarding the company Contract No. 3 for the construction of end cap stressing and shear blocks and the installation of expansion joints for Package CA3 (CH4200 to CH7800) of the SUKE project.

Kesalahan terbabit didakwa dilakukan di hadapan tempat letak kereta sebuah masjid di Jalan Damai, Kampung Datuk Keramat, di sini pada 12 April 2023, sehubungan dengan itu tertuduh didakwa mengikut Seksyen 16 Akta Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia 2009. Peguam Tan Sri Dzulkifli Ahmad mewakili Rostam Shahrif yang bersetuju dengan jumlah jaminan ditawarkan pendakwaan, bagaimanapun membantah syarat tambahan, iaitu kacau ganggu saksi pendakwaan kerana ia tidak berasas untuk dikenakan terhadap anak guamnya.
