Possible flood and landslides in Mindanao due to LPA — Pagasa

A low pressure area is forecast to trigger overcast skies and rain in Mindanao, which may cause flooding and landslides, according to Pagasa. | JMangaluzINQ

Meanwhile, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora will have cloudy skies with rain due to the northeast monsoon or “amihan”, said Pagasa. The northeast monsoon will also affect Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon but without significant impact.

Pagasa raised a gale warning over Batanes, Babuyan Islands, the northern coast of Cagayan, and Ilocos Norte due to the strongs winds of the northeast monsoon.
