At 3 a.m., the LPA was estimated to be located at 630 km east southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur. Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Aurora, and Northern Quezon meanwhile will have cloudy skies with rains due to the Amihan. Moderate to heavy rains may lead to flash floods or landslides.
