On February 5 , a woman’s body was found at the house of a 44-year-old man, leaving the residents of Kampung Cikoronjo, Desa Sindangmulya, Cibarusah, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Indonesia shocked.
According to police spokesperson Kombes Mustofa, the suspect, Sunardi, was searched, and initial investigations showed that he killed his second wife, Amaidah, whom he had married in November 2022, as reported by Sinar Harian.Kombes dropped a bombshell, revealing that the man didn’t just kill his wife, whose decaying body was found fully dressed in the septic tank, but also a debt collector.
“The victim had gone to collect a debt that was a month overdue. The suspect refused to pay but was being pressured by the victim,” he added.Kombes explained that in a fit of rage, the suspect strangled Sri with her own scarf and dragged her into the house. He even tried to cover his crime by putting a motorcycle in the parking space near the hospital.
