PETALING JAYA: A habitual panty thief has been arrested by police here.
Police were initially alerted after a report was lodged for alleged trespass and theft of ladies' undergarments at 6.44pm on Feb 23."We also seized two panties from the suspect," Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad Fakhrudin Abdul Hamid said in a statement on Wednesday ."A remand order will be obtained on the suspect to assist further investigations," he said.
