The deal also allows both countries to organize learning opportunities, and identify international funding sources for their joint initiatives aimed toward environmental protection.
“Our dialogue allows us to discuss the whole range of bilateral cooperation between the Philippines and Israel. Set the direction of our partnership and find ways to deepen and strengthen our relations,” Manalo said.ADVERTISEMENTAmong the other areas of cooperation he hopes for Israel and the Philippines to further work on are cybersecurity, tourism, and business.
According to the Israeli Embassy in Manila, the visit of their top diplomat is a reassurance that Israel remains “a friend and ally of the Philippines.”
