BALIK PULAU : Akibat membeli dua laras senapang tiruan di aplikasi TikTok, seorang penghantar barang dan makanan didenda RM1,800 oleh Mahkamah Majistret di sini, hari ini.

Tertuduh, Mohd. Nasir Othman, 47, mengaku bersalah atas tuduhan memiliki senapang tiruan selepas pertuduhan itu dibacakan terhadapnya di hadapan Majistret, Chia Huey Ting.

Pendakwaan terhadap tertuduh dikemukakan mengikut Seksyen 36 Akta Senjata 1960 yang boleh dihukum di bawah seksyen yang sama. “Anak guam saya berpendapatan RM1,200 sebulan, mempunyai dua orang isteri dan enam anak. Dia memohon maaf dan tidak mengetahui bahawa membeli senapang’ water gel-based’ di TikTok itu adalah satu kesalahan,” katanya.
