Pemilik syarikat pengurusan acara didakwa ancam bunuh Radja Band
JOHOR BAHRU: Seorang pemilik syarikat pengurusan acara mengaku tidak bersalah di Mahkamah Majistret, di sini hari ini atas pertuduhan melakukan ugutan bunuh terhadap kumpulan muzik Indonesia, Radja Band, Sabtu lalu.
Berdasarkan kertas pertuduhan, dia didakwa membuat ugutan dengan mengancam mahu membunuh Ian Kasela, 49; Seno Aji Wibowo, 43 dan Mouldyanshah Mulyadi, 49, dengan niat menyebabkan mereka berasa cemas di dalam bilik rehat artis di Stadium Arena Larkin pada pukul 11 malam, Sabtu lalu. Pendakwaan kes dikendalikan Timbalan Pendakwa Raya, Sharifah Natasha Syed Ahmad, manakala tertuduh diwakili peguam bela, R. Amarpreet Singh. Yang turut hadir, peguam pemerhati bagi Radja Band dan Konsulat Jenderal Republik Indonesia di Johor Bahru, Mohd. Daud Ismail.
