Ketua Polis Daerah Port Dickson, Superintenden Maslan Udin berkata, mangsa merupakan lelaki warganegara Pakistan berusia 20-an yang bekerja di sebuah bengkel di Pelabuhan Klang dan menyertai rombongan percutian tiga buah bas ke Port Dickson. “Mangsa bertolak bersama rakan-rakan sekitar pukul 9 pagi ke Port Dickson. Sebaik sampai di pantai, mangsa dan rakannya telah mandi di laut dan sekitar tengah hari, mangsa telah berenang ke tengah laut untuk mengambil bola yang hanyut.
“Bagaimanapun, mangsa tiba-tiba terkapai-terkapai dan lemas. Mangsa kemudiannya berjaya di temukan pada pukul 3.12 petang semalam oleh pasukan menyelamat,” katanya kepada pemberita, di sini, hari ini. Ujar Maslan lagi, bedah siasat akan dilakukan hari ini di Hospital Port Dickson bagi mengetahui punca kematian dan kes disiasat sebagai mati mengejut. – UTUSAN
