Pakatan states’ right to not follow if snap polls declared, says Annuar

PAKATAN Harapan will not be violating the constitution if it decides not to dissolve the state assemblies under its administration if the federal government calls for snap polls. Barisan Nasional secretary-general Annuar Musa said the right to dissolve the state assemblies concerned is subject to consent of the ruler or sultan of the respective states.
