State weather bureau PAGASA said partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms may prevail in Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to the easterlies and the localized thunderstorms.
Isolated rain showers are forecast in parts of the country on Thursday as the easterlies continue to affect Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
