The easterlies will continue to affect the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao while localized thunderstorms will bring isolated rain over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, PAGASA reported.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms but with no significant impact.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. The Heat Index in Metro Manila, at the NAIA weather station, range from a minimum of 30 degrees Celsius to a maximum of 37 degrees Celsius.

The highest Heat Index, according to PAGASA is at the Central Luzon State University weather station Nueva Ecija with 46 degrees Celsius followed by Butuan City with 44 degrees Celsius. The heat index is the measure of the temperature that a person feels in contrast to the actual air temperature. Essentially, it measures "human discomfort" and is the "apparent temperature" felt by the human body. It is computed by factoring in the humidity as well as the air temperature. The whole country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to east direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
