TOKYO (Reuters) - British fintech firm Wise has won approval for direct access to Japan's bank payment clearing network, becoming the first foreign financial company to do so, it said on Thursday.
KUALA LUMPUR: The Public Accounts Committee will summon 1Malaysia Development Berhad Task Force chairman Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani and representatives from the Inland Revenue Board for proceedings starting in November.
"One of the key areas that caught PAC’s attention during the briefing was the management of accounts receivable under LHDN and the financial guarantees related to 1MDB. The recently published LKAN 3/2024 recommended that the government expedite the recovery of assets linked to 1MDB and SRC International Sdn Bhd, domestically and internationally.
