Truong Nguyen, 19, who managed to escape injury, allegedly ran from the crash scene in Ascot Vale, and ended up being caught by the dog squad in a nearby alleyway, police said. The P-plater was allegedly driving a stolen Toyota Landcruiser when he went through a red light at the intersection of Maribyrnong and Ascot Vale roads overnight.Truong Nguyen is accused of smashing a stolen four wheel drive into a car while fleeing police is free to keep driving.
