Truong Nguyen, 19, who managed to escape injury, allegedly ran from the crash scene in Ascot Vale, and ended up being caught by the dog squad in a nearby alleyway, police said. The P-plater was allegedly driving a stolen Toyota Landcruiser when he went through a red light at the intersection of Maribyrnong and Ascot Vale roads overnight.Truong Nguyen is accused of smashing a stolen four wheel drive into a car while fleeing police is free to keep driving.
Another car was hit, which was pushed into a traffic light, before the Landcruiser slammed into a brick wall, police claimed.A P-plater was allegedly driving a stolen Landcruiser when he smashed into another car and a brick wall.He set a curfew, but said he didn't see any point stopping Nguyen from driving.
