JOHOR BARU: Four districts in Johor are still flooded at 6pm on Monday (Jan 30) compared with six as of 8am on Monday (Jan 30).
In a statement, the state disaster management committee said the districts are Batu Pahat, Kota Tinggi, Mersing and Segamat.
"Batu Pahat has the highest number of flood victims with 899 people from 252 families seeking shelter at seven PPS," said the statement. Two roads were closed to all vehicles namely Jalan Tanah Abang in Segamat due to a one metre of water level rising along the stretch and Jalan Sungai Tiram-Ulu Tebrau following landslides in the area.
