The Hamilton County Coroner’s Office identified the women as Rosalind Givens, 53, and her daughter, Jazmine Givens, 21, of Springfield Township, Ohio.
an off-duty volunteer firefighter saw the incident and gave medical aid to the women until emergency crews arrived.
Both were taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center. One died Wednesday night and the other was reported dead Thursday morning. The driver of the vehicle also was taken to the hospital.
