OCTA Research fellow Guido David said the National Capital Region positivity rate dipped to 21.2% as of May 28. This is a further decrease from 25.2% last May 21.
"DOH reported 0 deaths, 1734 recoveries 14742 active cases. 21.9% national positivity rate. 267 cases in NCR," David said on Twitter.
