Allianz Stadium will face questions about its security team after a pitch invader made his way onto the field and hugged Dragons centre Zac Lomax during their Anzac Day clash.
The match was organised with several security guards situated around the perimeter of the ground but the culprit was still able to leisurely make his way out onto the pitch.
