North Olmsted City Schools received an overall grade of 4 stars in the recently released Ohio Department of Education’s school report card.
“An overall score of a 4 rating out of 5 is great,” North Olmsted City Schools Superintendent David J. Brand said. “It highlights the hard work of our students and staff.
“Gap closing continues to be a great high score for us,” he said. “That’s really what we’re doing, we’re working on every single child and helping them grow. We know that’s showing we’re far exceeding expectations and what’s going on there. North Olmsted City Schools last year received 3 stars in achievement, 4 stars in progress, 5 stars in gap closing, 4 stars in graduation and 3 stars in early literacy.
