The AFL's investigation into historical allegations of racism at Hawthorn has ended eight months after it began.
AFL CEO Gillion McLachlan revealed in a press conference on Tuesday that “no adverse findings” had been made against former Hawthorn personnel Alastair Clarkson, Chris Fagan, and Jason Burt.

Picture: David Crosling Four Indigenous families involved in the process are expected to pursue claims through the Australian Human Rights Commission, joining the other two families who have already started the process.
“The AFL wishes to reiterate and acknowledge the significant emotional toll it has taken on everyone affected by this complex and delicate situation - those who told their stories and those who stood accused - and the public nature of how it has played out since late September 2022,” the AFL’s statement read.
