The air component of Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK) reportedly killed scores of ISWAP fighters in an airstrike on December 15 in the Malam Fatori area of Borno state. The sources said “reconnaissance missions identified a number of vehicles and motorcycles purportedly being utilized for militants movements and logistics support by the terrorists”.“As the aircraft swooped down with surgical precision, some vehicles and motorcycles were obliterated, resulting in a substantial loss of equipment for the terrorists,” the report reads.
