— Tropical Depression Nando has weakened into a low pressure area , the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said in its 11 p.m. bulletin on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 has been raised in Eastern Samar, the eastern portion of Northern Samar , Dinagat Islands, and Surigao del Norte due to Maring.
