Neptune Township is on the cusp of opening its first recreational facility to sell adult legal weed.
The township committee is set to meet again on July 25, and Verano is expected to be on that agenda. Next up would be state approval from the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission, which is scheduled to meet July 28.
