While the conditions won’t be as fierce elsewhere, outdoor plans will still likely be wiped out or altered — at least on Friday afternoon and Saturday. Saturday will be even nastier than Friday, with temperatures even cooler and stronger winds. Highs will only be in the low to mid 50s and winds could gust as high as 30-40 mph inland. Rain shouldn’t be particularly heavy, but periods of precipitation will persist through much of the day.Normal highs are in the upper 60s to low 70s.
