Minister of Sport Gayton McKenzie has adopted a healthier lifestyle, and lost over 15kgs in the process…It started off as a challenge to fit into his suit jacket; now, Minister of Sport, Arts and Culture Gayton McKenzie claims that his healthy mindset has become his new lifestyle.

In a clip, Gayton said of his decision to participate: “If you live healthy, you can shed the weight. I’m still on it; I feel better, and this is my lifestyle now.He jokingly added: “I’m healthy, I’m fresh, health is wealth. My stomach is falling, whether you are jealous or not!”.In his latest weigh-in video, the 50-year-old claimed he had lost over 15kgs since being sworn in as minister.

In a tweet last month, the bubbly minister revealed that he had given Deputy President Paul Mashatile the good news at their meeting at the Presidential Imbizo in Ekhuruleni.
