The Working Committee of the Malaysian Trades Union Congress (MTUC) has pledged full cooperation with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (SPRM) to investigate allegations of abuse of power within the organization. They stated that Kamarul Baharin Mansor is no longer an employee or officer of MTUC, as confirmed by a letter from the Department of Labour Relations (JHEKS) dated May 2024. The committee condemned Mansor's actions, particularly the appointment of Datuk Mohamad Dauzkaply Nor Ghazali as Deputy President and Acting President of MTUC, which contradicted the Registrar of Societies (ROS). They emphasized the need for immediate action by authorities to ensure justice.
