"The time has come for us to break out of the shackles of low ambition. We must now begin to aim higher and strive for more, and better outcomes," said Ruto."For a very long time, we have looked at this as a problem. There are immense opportunities as well," he continued. The Kenyan leader called on increased climate investment as his call was heeded with millions of dollars in investment pledged as the summit enters its second day.
