Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Malaysia Aviation Group have launched a strategic collaboration to provide an exclusive private terminal transfer service for eligible Malaysia Airlines passengers at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 1. The service, available until the end of 2025, will cater to Enrich Platinum, Business Suite and Business Class passengers, offering a premium experience compared to the standard shuttle bus service.

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Malaysia Aviation Group have launched their strategic collaboration for the private terminal transfer service that will be offered to Malaysia Airlines ’ Enrich Platinum, Business Suite and Business Class passengers at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 1.

At present, business class passengers at KLIA Terminal 1 take a business class-specific shuttle bus transfer, and now the partnership between Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Malaysia Aviation Group is an exclusive arrangement for passengers flying with Malaysia Airlines, which will be in effect until the end of 2025. Customers eligible for the private terminal transfer service are Enrich Platinum and Enrich Gold members, who will receive perks including invitations to exclusive lifestyle events, special vehicle incentives, and seamless travel services, and will get special My Mercedes Rewards on purchases of selected Mercedes-Benz BEV and PHEV models.

Conversely, new Mercedes-Benz customers who purchase their vehicles from March 1, 2025 will be eligible for the private terminal transfer service for Malaysia Airlines flights, on business class and economy class tickets.
