A MECHANIC became the first person to be charged with obstructing a public servant from discharging his duty under the movement-control order, which took effect last Wednesday. S. Punniamurthy, 33, pleaded guilty to the charge at the Sg Siput magistrates’ court today after it was read out before magistrate Norhabsarina Ayob.
