ARMY officers ranked Leftenan Muda and above have been designated as authorised officers to carry out and enforce the Covid-19 movement-control order, said Dr Adham Baba today. The health minister said in a statement that the authorisation was made in accordance with the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act.
