MCA supporters in high spirits at Seberang Prai Barisan Nasional mega ceramah

BUTTERWORTH: While other political parties merely talk and heap empty promises, MCA will always walk the talk.

This was the message by Penang MCA candidates during the Seberang Prai Barisan Nasional mega ceramah on Thursday .
