PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Building Society Berhad (MBSB) menyasarkan pertumbuhan portfolio kewangan RM44 bilion tahun ini, berbanding RM42.9 bilion tahun sebelumnya.

“Oleh itu, panduan kami adalah dua peratus dari keuntungan bersih dan pada masa yang sama, memastikan kos kita terkawal,” katanya kepada pemberita dalam sidang media selepas Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan MBSB di sini. “Ia meningkatkan pendapatan tidak dibiayai kepada 15 peratus daripada hasil bersih dan mencapai kos optimum untuk nisbah pendapatan sebanyak 50 peratus menjelang 2026.
AGM itu dipengerusikan oleh Pengerusi MBSB, Datuk Wan Kamaruzaman Wan Ahmad, turut meluluskan dividen 3.5 sen sesaham.
