The city government of Parañaque issued guidelines for the Padyak Parañaque sa Kalusugan activity to be held on Saturday, Feb. 11, at Ayala Malls, Manila Bay, Aseana Avenue, Barangay Tambo.
Mayor Eric Olivarez said the Padyak Parañaque sa Kalusugan, a project of the City Health Office , is part of the activities for the celebration of the 25th cityhood anniversary.He said participants who are below 18 years old are required to submit a parent’s consent together with their proof of complete primary series of vaccination.Olivarez also added that children should wear helmets and other protective gear.
He said all the participants must bring their own bicycles conditioned for concrete roads. They must be responsible for their own safety and others, obey regulations and instructions from the technical officials and marshalls.The mayor also said participants may rest provided they do not leave the route of the cycling event.
Olivarez said water stations will be placed at the start, finish and middle points of the cycling route. Olivarez said the city government will be providing two routes for those aged 6 to 17 years old and 18 years old and above.
