Ocampo said the vehicle was discovered abandoned around 2:00 a.m. at the corner of Quirino Avenue and M. Delos Santos St., Barangay Tambo. The Tambo police sub-station operatives and the Scene of the Crime Operatives found sealed tea packs containing 27 kilos of suspected shabu worth ₱183,600,000 inside the sack.
