PETALING JAYA: Suruhanjaya Penerbangan Malaysia (MAVCOM) membatalkan Lesen Perkhidmatan Udara (ASL) syarikat penerbangan kargo berjadual, My Jet Xpress Airlines Sdn. Bhd. (My Jet) berkuat kuasa 2 Mei 2024.

PETALING JAYA: Suruhanjaya Penerbangan Malaysia membatalkan Lesen Perkhidmatan Udara syarikat penerbangan kargo berjadual, My Jet Xpress Airlines Sdn. Bhd. berkuat kuasa 2 Mei 2024.

“Akta itu mengariskan ASL yang dikeluarkan oleh MAVCOM hendaklah disifatkan telah dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh pemegang ASL terhenti daripada memegang AOC,” katanya. Pada 9 September 2021, MAVCOM meluluskan pembaharuan ASL My Jet dengan ditetapkan syarat-syarat tertentu selama 48 bulan dari 1 Oktober 2021 hingga 30 September 2025 yang perlu dipatuhi oleh syarikat penerbangan tersebut.
