Flores – Director IVReynaldo M. Campomanes – Director IIIJose Maria R. Cuerpo II – Commander, Philippine Army 4th Infantry DivisionTeofilo R.
Bailon Jr. – Air Force Inspector GeneralLuis Rex D. Bergante – Commander, Philippine Army Training and CommandRonie D. Petinglay – Wing Commander, Philippine Air Force 580th Aircraft Control and Warning WingMarion R. Sison – Division Commander, Philippine Army 3rd Infantry DivisionPrior to this, Marcos also made new appointment in the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and promoted a set of officers from the Philippine Coast Guard .
