Following the CPI 2024 results, which placed Malaysia at 57th globally with a score of 50, the Malaysian government will intensify efforts to enhance integrity, transparency, and good governance. A special task force led by the Chief Secretary to the Government will continue implementing strategic improvements. Six CPI Focus Groups will delve deeper into the findings of the surveys used in the CPI assessment, providing a basis for more effective action plans to improve Malaysia's international standing.
