Malaysia firm on no dual citizenship, says Muhyiddin
Home Minister Muhyiddin Yassin says those found holding dual citizenship will lose their Malaysian citizenship. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, March 21, 2019.In responding to reports alleging that thousands of Thai nationals held dual citizenship, allowing them to travel in and out of Malaysia without restriction since the 1980s, Muhyiddin said those found holding dual citizenship would lose their Malaysian citizenship.
