THE law requires Dr Mujahid Yusof Rawa to give the police due notice of his planned solidarity rally for the victims of the Christchurch terrorist attack, Home Minister Muhyiddin Yassin said. Citing the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012, Muhyiddin said anyone who wishes to hold a rally needs to inform the police 10 days in advance of the event.
