The Employees’ Provident Fund is part of compulsory deductions in our monthly wages, and employees should report to the relevant department if their employers are not paying the monthly deductions.
However, since the beginning of 2023, the management has allegedly stopped paying the employees’ EPF, despite having shown the deductions in their payslips. “They paid our EPF for a month or two, then they stopped again. It’s the end of the year, where is our money?!”
