The Low Pressure Area (LPA) will bring cloudy skies, isolated rain over most of the Visayas, Mindanao while the northeast monsoon or Amihan will continue to affect Luzon on Thursday, PAGASA reported.
At 3 a.m. on Thursday, the Low Pressure Area was estimated at 390 kilometers north of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur or 125 km east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar.
MIMAROPA and the rest of Visayas, Mindanao, and Bicol Region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the LPA and localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
