According to Nas, both parties could not come to an agreement, leading to his suit filed at the Sessions Court.“If I allow this issue to slide, it may happen to other concertgoers in the future and I don’t want it to happen to anyone again.”
Nas added that he would leave it to the courts to decide and would not reveal any more information on the case to comply with the legal procedures. “It doesn’t matter if I win or lose the case. I hope that I can show Live Nation Malaysia and other concert organisers to understand their responsibility to their customers.”
The legal firm owner wasn’t the only concertgoer who had a bad experience as several social media users shared their bad experiences involving seats taken up or going ‘missing’.
