HANOI: A woman was arrested on Thursday in Vietnam 's northern province of Thai Binh after a five-year-old boy under her care was forgotten on the school bus and died, VnExpress reported.
At 6.20am on Wednesday, she and the bus driver took the five-year-old boy to school by bus. When his uncle arrived at the school at 5.30pm that day to pick him up, the boy was nowhere to be seen.
