Justin Timberlake was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday for alleged drink driving in Long Island, New York state after reportedly having dinner with friends
Jessica Biel fans have pointed out the tragedy of her latest post about her husband Justin Timberlake which she shared hours before his arrest.
Jessica shared a series of snaps of her husband with their two children. She captioned the post: "You’re so many things to so many people. But to us you are THE ROCK. The rock we climb on, we lean against. The rock that shades us from the sun. And when we recline on you, as we always do, hopefully our butts will keep you eternally grounded and warm. We LOVE YOU.
Justin was arrested after midnight after police pulled him over in his grey BMW for driving through a stop sign and failing to stay on the right side of the road. A charging document stated that when officers topped him, the singer's eyes were "bloodshot and glassy" and a "strong odour of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath".
Justin is scheduled to appear virtually in Sag Harbor court on 26 July. On Tuesday evening, his lawyer, Edward Burke Jr, told CBS that he "will vigorously defend his client and is currently engaged in the Discovery process with the District Attorney’s Office".
