The 'SexyBack' singer had been in Long Island , New York reportedly having dinner with friends before he left a restaurant and was pulled over.
The 43-year-old was expected to be arraigned later on Tuesday in Sag Harbor at the eastern end of Long Island, according to a statement from the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.Timberlake is scheduled to appear in Chicago for two dates this week before two further shows at New York's Madison Square Garden next week.The tour arrives in Europe later in the summer but has no Irish dates.
