The iPhone 15 is set to bring improvements in some key areas, but there might be one or two that are disappointingly neglected.
The display of the iPhone 15 is a bit of a mixed bag. While the previously Pro-exclusive Dynamic Island will be coming to the less expensive models alongside all of its software functionality and features, Apple will, more likely than not, still keep the same 60Hz screen refresh rate.
With a 65% sensor powering the main snapper, we should see a noticeable improvement in image quality, especially when it comes to low-light scenarios. Additionally, there is a good chance the phone would be able to crop in on this larger sensor to create a high-quality 2x zoom, somewhat compensating for the lack of a dedicated telephoto camera.
Given how powerful Apple's chips are, however, this shouldn't be an alarming piece of news as the A16 is plenty capable of offering a good user experience, both in performance and power efficiency. Not to mention that the A17 Bionic that is expected to arrive with the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max might be the main reason behind their rumored price hikes of $100.
