A Plano business campus that changed hands earlier this year is all set for a slew of renovations.
Both exterior and interior improvements are slated for 5600 Headquarters, a 27-acre property built in 1999 with an office building spanning 250,000 square feet.
The work, which carries a construction cost of $13 million, includes exterior and interior renovation of the existing office building, according to a . The scope of the project also spans site and landscaping improvements along with general construction and modifications to MEP systems.Rubenstein Partners, a Philadelphia real estate adviser, purchased the property in April.
The firm noted at the time of the buy that it planned to"transform and reposition the property into a modern headquarters-quality destination."
