However, only a curated selection of products is available through the new Ikea East Malaysia Online Store , featuring up to 2,000 Ikea products.
Customers can access the new Ikea East Malaysia Online Store in two ways: through a dedicated webpage or by selecting the East Malaysia store on the top right menu of Ikea Malaysia’s website. The company's e-commerce expansion to East Malaysia is made possible by a new Central Fulfilment Centre in Kuching, which is responsible for packing, assembling, and delivering orders made through the Ikea East Malaysia Online Store. This facility helps reduce delivery times for customers in Sabah and Sarawak.Currently, Ikea has no physical stores in East Malaysia. Customers can choose to pick up their orders at the Ikea Collection Point Kuching, located at the Hexagon High Transport in Jalan Demak Laut, for a fee of RM10. Ikea Malaysia also offers delivery and assembly services to selected areas within Sabah and Sarawak. Parcel delivery starts at RM10, truck delivery costs RM49, and assembly services by Ikea Malaysia's crew charge 10% of the product's price.
