KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The High Court here has set May 24 to hear an application by the prosecution in the corruption and money-laundering cases of Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor and Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's former special officer, Datuk Rizal Mansor.
KUALA LUMPUR : The High Court here has set May 24 to hear an application by the prosecution in the corruption and money-laundering cases of Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor and Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's former special officerThe application for both cases to be tried together was made by DPP Datuk Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar during case management before High Court Judge Mohamed Zaini Mazlan on Wednesday .
On Oct 4 2018, Rosmah pleaded not guilty to 12 charges of money laundering amounting to RM7,097,750 and five charges of failing to declare her income to the Inland Revenue Board . She was charged with committing the offences at Affin Bank Berhad, Bangunan Getah Asli at Jalan Ampang here between Dec 4, 2013, and June 8, 2017 and at IRB at the Government Offices Complex at Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim here between May 1, 2014, and May 1, 2018.Tags / Keywords:
