Health minister defends U-turn on staggered working hours , insists it’s not a ‘flip-flop’ but deeper study needed
“To those who have questioned why the WBB is not considered a ‘flip-flop’, it is because I have yet to make a final decision on its implementation,” he said. On January 24, Dzulkefly, in a statement, said that the Cabinet had decided to shelve the WBB pilot project, to make way for a more in-depth and comprehensive study.
